About us

Ewald Hensler:

As youngest foreman in Germany his aim was always to have his own business once. His dedication and his ability, to solve problems quickly, brought him already at an age of twenty into the position as master craftsman at the company Aesculap. There he led the training workshop for 8 years. In these 8 years he shared his knowledge with several hundred young people who appreciated his competence.

In 1980 he left Aesculap and realized his dream - he founded the company Hensler Medizin-Technik. He wanted to do his own thing and to unfold his creativity in his own little business.

He developed several surgical instruments for which he filed a patent. Over the years he acquired more and more customers. All these customers appreciated Hensler Medizin-Technik as partner since they knew that Hensler Medizin-Technik is able to solve problems with innovative and quick solutions.

Today Hensler Medizin-Technik is a well-known name in many fields of the medical technology. For the manufacturing of our products we only use state-of-the-art machinery. Steady developments and improvement of the processes ensure best quality of the instruments and happy customers all over the world. 

Welding seams in micro-range and perfect stability are guaranteed by using several high-performance laser-welding units. These laser-welding units are computer-controlled and weld every shape and parts. Our complete machinery is configured to produce every kind of surgical Instrument in a timely and flexible manner. To make our machinery complete a water jet cutter was added in 2008.

The next generation of Hensler Medizin-Technik is already secured. Ralf Hensler, the son of Ewald Hensler, is leading a flexible team of specialists, which can quickly attune to customer wishes and requirements. New manufacturing methods and technologies are the future aim of Ralf Hensler.
